We ate at Autumn Breeze one night, then went back the next night to share this piece of Heaven with friends... You're gonna love this one! - The Holiday Islander
Don't miss Autumn Breeze, home of one of the finest meals I've ever enjoyed. This simple, elegant restaurant bills itself perfectly as "A Dining Pleasure"... As you gaze upon the lit-up woods behind the cozy restaurant, enjoy the coconut beer-battered shrimp - with a heavenly orange-horseradish sauce - for appetizer, before a wholly satisfying meal. The Veal Olympic swims in an angelic lobster sauce, and the beef Wellington is baked to perfection. The crowning glory is the famous chocolate souffle. - Tulsa World
If you're looking for a pleasurable dining experience with a relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful view, look no further. At Autumn Breeze Restaurant in Eureka Springs, you get all that at an affordable price. - KUAF Program Guide
One of the most outstanding wine lists in the world. Award of Excellence - Wine Spectator
The minute you sit down, order the chocolate souffle. As we all know, life is uncertain so you want to be sure to have one of the more divine desserts in town. - Lovely County Visitor
Autumn Breeze, tucked into a stand of towering pines, provides a woodland view with every table. Recommended: the rack of lamb with a minted sauce and, for vegetarians, stir-fry vegetables with rice and Tempeh. Service is consistently excellent - Arkansas Times (Sharon Hamm review)
Autumn Breeze is a breath of fresh air on the south edge of Eureka. The fine food inside belies the austere exterior. In fact the same sort of subtleties that make this structure more appealing as you approach and turn a simple interior into understated elegance are what give chef Richard Bloch's dishes the pizzazz to rise above their roots. Bloch offers many entrees that aren't real fancy, but his attention to detail lifts them to a new level. Coconut Beer Battered Shrimp might even be on the Shoney's menu from time to time, but Bloch's are nothing like what you'd find there. A crunchy, sweet coating clings lightly to shrimp that are plump, firm and succulent. Veal Saltimboca was wonderful - the veal tender, the filling warm and a bit gooey. Bloch's chocolate souffle is a signature dish. And it's clear why. The ala mode version includes layering in some vanilla ice cream. The hot, airy souffle and the ice cream marry wonderfully. It's sinful. It's heavenly... Autumn Breeze will blow you away... Take notice of this Eureka restaurant. Arkansas Times (Dining Guide Review)
As you pull into the parking lot of Autumn Breeze you come to realize how special a restaurant can be. The meticulously landscaped garden is a preview of the culinary wonders offered inside... The Autumn Breeze atmosphere is a blend of contemporary country and European flair. Every table has a beautiful view of the Ozark deciduous forest. The booths are located one level up from the tables, which allows all patrons the same glorious panorama... Choose from the restaurant's award winning wine list, and you are set for an evening of dining at is finest. - Lovely County Citizen
Locals recommend Autumn Breeze - The New Orleans Times-Picayune
Autumn Breeze is located in a peaceful heavily wooded setting. The menu features many international dishes such as chicken Marsala, veal saltimboca, mahi-mahi St. Thomas, rack of lamb, and a very popular choice - coconut beer-battered shrimp. Elegant desserts include chocolate souffle and chocolate Sabayon cake with a mousse-like filling. - Benton County Daily Record
Nestled in the quiet shelter of pine trees, with well coiffed gardens all 'round, Autumn Breeze is an appropriate name for this fine dining restaurant, because as you are seated inside you will begin to feel the refreshing, relaxing comfort of an autumn breeze. The owners wanted to preserve the integrity of the land when they built their restaurant. Not only did they preserve the trees, they designed their restaurant so that everyone of the 60 seats has a view of the trees. When evening sets in, the view is illuminated... Every detail of the restaurant, from the design of the building to the setting of each plant in the ground to the silverware and the color scheme, was carefully thought out... Now that you are comfortable and the gentleness of the nature outside the window by your table has relieved your stress, take a look at the menu. Again carefully thought out, the eclectic menu offers the familiar and the unusual including the excellent steaks that Autumn Breeze has become known for. When dinner is over you wont be anxious to leave this sanctuary from the hustle of the world outside. - Ozark Mountain Trader
Wooden floors and abundant glass windows overlooking a woodland view make this airy haven a perfect setting for such spectacular dishes as the coconut-beer-battered shrimp, prime rib, lobster tail, King crab legs, NY strip peppercorn, rack of lamb, veal saltimboca, and vegetarian options... Don't miss the Caesar, and don't pass on the chocolate souffle. - Eureka Voice
Another great find in Eureka Springs was a restaurant called Autumn Breeze. Terrific food, savvy wine list and no trouble parking, which is a rarity in Eureka Springs - Arkansas Democratic Gazette
Located off the main stream beaten path, but close in enough for all to enjoy, is this very nice place to dine. The atmosphere was wonderful, all that glass looking out on the woods. What a fantastic setting... The food came and we enjoyed everything. It is impossible to describe the excellence... All we had heard about the Breeze was true. Boy, were we WOWED! The Autumn Breeze ranks high with the Poon. Five stars out of five! ...The service was excellent." - The Eureka Lampoon
The elegant Autumn Breeze Restaurant, was built into a hill in a secluded area of Eureka Springs. The dining room has the feel of being in a tree house, surrounded by dogwood and oak. The menu includes everything from three-cheese lasagna to rack of lamb to chocolate souffle. - Active Years
When the owners of Autumn Breeze built the restaurant they put so much attention into the details that they nearly drove themselves mad. Today they shoot for simplicity, having achieved their goal of creating a dining environment that offers elegance and comfort whether you're in a pair of Land's End or a tux, and a menu with a loyal following... The details are the thing the diner will never notice They would notice, perhaps if the details weren't there. But the perfect height for a table and the proper distance between a diner's mouth and his plate? These details are reflected everywhere at Autumn Breeze Restaurant. Everything is made from scratch - except the ice cream that melts so sensually over the chocolate souffle. The wine list won recognition from the Wine Spectator magazine. Regular wine tasting with the staff ensure that they remain knowledgeable and can assist in selection. "Wine is a study, an education," says chef/co-owner, Richard Bloch. - The Flashlight
